Airports are ready to resume international air traffic, said Marina Miketić Nikolić, spokesperson for Airports of Montenegro (ACG). She also reminded that on June 9, low-cost carrier Wizz Air will operate its first commercial flight from Budapest, and shortly after from Memmingen.
After that, on Friday, the national airline Montenegro Airlines (MA) will operate its first flights to Ljubljana, and on Sunday to Frankfurt. This will be followed by flights to Zurich, Paris, Copenhagen, Hanover, Düsseldorf, and Frankfurt. The spokesperson expressed hope that passengers from all over Europe will soon arrive in the country.
Speaking about procedures at the airports, Miketić Nikolić noted that COVID tests will not be conducted.
Passengers are advised to monitor their health condition; no special health screening is required. But of course, people should take care of their overall health. If one of the passengers has problems such as fever and nausea, sanitary inspectors will respond. And masks will have to be worn,” Miketić Nikolić said.Read also
