The building will become a creative hub for local artists and other representatives of the art industry. By the way, €1.3 million will be spent on transforming the former prison.
The project is being implemented with European Union funds under the IPA program (Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance).
In addition, five more similar creative centers are planned to be built in Montenegro. All of them will also be created to support the development of contemporary art and entrepreneurship in this field.
