Montenegro took 3rd place in the ranking of the best countries for moving from Russia,Lenta.rureports, citing Zen Invest.
The main motive behind the transactions was obtaining a residence permit orinvestment citizenship(citizenship in exchange for contributing to the country’s economy).
According to the company, this year there was increased demand among Russians for Caribbean countries, due to special passport programs.
The best country for moving from Russia was Cyprus — in 2019, Russians most often bought real estate there.
