The city authorities have banned cycling and riding electric scooters along the promenadesof Tivat, namely: Pine and Iva Vizina, as well as Marshal Tito Street.The ban is in effect from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
According to local media, this measure was introduced due to the growing number of bicycles and electric scooters. They move at high speed and therefore endanger pedestrians’ safety. In particular, they pose a risk to children.
The Tivat administration added that information signs about the ban on riding in the evening have already begun to be installed along the promenades. In addition, vertical traffic signage is being installed.
