The complex is located in the village of Kumbor, nearHerceg Novi. At present, the first phase has been opened — 214 residences, as well as the D-Marin marina and the Portonovi Beach Club.
A border crossing for sea travelers was opened here a little earlier. The marina is designed for 238 berths for yachts up to 120 m long.
The entire complex is scheduled to be commissioned in 2020. The total investment in the project is estimated at 1 billion euros. The Portonovi area covers 26 hectares.
In addition to the marina and residences, the project includes the luxury One&Only hotel, the Espace Chenot Health Wellness Spa, sports facilities, numerous boutiques, restaurants, and bars.
The project developer is Azmont Investments. It was founded by the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan, which won the tender for the development of the site in 2012. Construction work in Kumbor began in 2016.
