In the first phase of the Luštica Bay complex, 90% of the apartments have been sold. The developer also offers detached houses and villas priced from €850,000 to €2 million.
The largest share of buyers in the Luštica Bay project comes from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. They are followed by residents of the Middle East and other Western European countries.
In addition, local media note that citizens of Russia and the countries of the former Soviet Union are also showing interest in the complex. Buyers of property in the project represent 17 countries around the world.
The complex is being built on the Luštica Peninsula near Tivat, on the open Adriatic coast. The total cost of the project is estimated at €1.1 billion.
In addition, more than 1,000 apartments, 500 villas, 7 hotels, two marinas with 226 berths, an 18-hole golf course, shops, restaurants, and social infrastructure facilities will be built here. A total of €90 million is planned to be invested in infrastructure alone.
