The festival will take place on September 6 and 7 and will bring together young composers and directors from Montenegro, Serbia, Croatia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The main venue is the square near the church in the Old Town of Budva.
Film screenings will begin at 8 p.m. The concerts will start at 10 p.m. Admission is free.
The first evening of the festival will feature young Serbian rock composer Nenad Maric, known by the pseudonym King of Čačak (after the Serbian city of Čačak).
On the second day of the festival, the rock band Činčila (Sarajevo) will perform. They will be followed on stage by the Belgrade band Dingospo Dali.
