This year, 274 apartments with a total area of 17,191 sq. m are to be built in Montenegro. This is more than 2 times less than a year earlier.
In addition, 50 building permits were issued in Montenegro in the second quarter of this year. In the second quarter of 2018, 102 permits were issued in the country. The construction of 733 apartments with a total area of 41,611 sq. m was planned.
At the same time, 34 building permits were issued to companies and 16 to individuals. The permits were issued from April to June this year.
