In Herceg Novi, around 40,000 tourists are staying, which is 4% more than in the same period last year. According to data from the Local Tourist Organization, this is a record for the season.
However, according toRadio Jadran, the number of guests in the private accommodation sector is still 2% lower than last year. At the same time, hotels are seeing steady growth in visitors. As a result, the number of tourists in this type of accommodation has increased by 32% compared to last year.
According to the registration authorities, only 959 guests arrived in Herceg Novi from all over Montenegro. The remaining tourists are mainly from Russia, Scandinavia, the United Kingdom, and other EU countries.
