In the first phase of the Stara Čaršija Resort & SPA 5* hotel in Old Bar, there are 18 rooms. The second phase is planned for construction next year. In total, the hotel will have 32 rooms, including a penthouse. A wellness and spa center is also planned.
The building has been carefully integrated into the city’s historic fabric. An olive tree was preserved in the hotel courtyard, which required a partial redesign of the project. Natural materials were used primarily in the construction.
The hotel rooms overlook ancient Bar, which was founded about 2,500 years ago. A restaurant serving national cuisine has opened.
The airport in Podgorica is 49 km away. Budva is located 43 km away.
The project investor is Hajriz Hačko Brčvak, a millionaire and philanthropist from Bijelo Polje who currently lives in Germany.
