In the first phase of the Stara Čaršija Resort & SPA 5* hotel in Old Bar, there are 18 rooms. The second phase is planned for next year. In total, the hotel will have 32 rooms, including a penthouse. A wellness and spa center is planned.
The building has been carefully integrated into the city’s historic fabric. An olive tree was preserved in the hotel courtyard, which meant the project had to be partially modified. Natural materials were used mainly in the construction.
The hotel rooms overlook ancient Bar, which was founded about 2,500 years ago. A restaurant serving national cuisine has opened.
Podgorica Airport is 49 km away. Budva is 43 km away.
The project investor is Hajriz Hačko Brčvak, a millionaire and philanthropist from Bijelo Polje who currently lives in Germany.
