A residential complex will be built in the Mažina area, consisting of six buildings and a two-level parking garage. According to the project, the total residential area will be 6,529 sq. m.
Buyers will be offered 10 studio apartments, 40 one-bedroom apartments, 34 two-bedroom apartments, and 4 three-bedroom apartments. The parking garage will have 93 parking spaces, with another 26 allocated on the adjacent site.
The project investor is Golden Group and entrepreneur Vuksan Vuković from Podgorica.
