The house is located in the tourist area of Ratac, Sutomore, 4 km from the city center.
The house was built in June 2008 in a Mediterranean style, finished with stone, with a wrought iron fence, all doors and joinery are made of extra-class PVC and comply with European standards. All balconies offer a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. In the basement there is a laundry room, a large room that was previously planned as a restaurant, but is currently used as parking for two cars, and there is space for installing a central heating system and a solar water heating system.
On the first floor there is a large living room, a kitchen with a dining area, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a storage room, 2 spacious hallways, and a large terrace along the entire south side of the house, which is on the sea side.
On the second floor there are 5 apartments, ranging in size from 29 m2 to 43 m2.
On the third floor there are 3 apartments, ranging in size from 25 m2 to 32 m2. The apartments were built in a modern style, each apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, and terrace. Construction of a 40 m2 swimming pool has started but not yet completed.
