Montenegro topped the ranking of countries with the fastest-rising housing prices,compiledby Global Property Guide.
According to the results of the 3rd quarter of 2021, property prices in Montenegro rosereal estateby 32.4% compared with the same period in 2020. Other countries with rapidly rising housing prices, adjusted for inflation, included Sweden (+18% year-on-year), Australia (+16%), the Netherlands (+15.3%), and Puerto Rico (+14.6%).
The largest year-on-year decline in housing prices was recorded in the Philippines (-16.75%), Cambodia (-11.2%), Morocco (-7.45%), Peru (-5.58%), and São Paulo, Brazil (-5.51%), again adjusted for inflation.
