The revenues of Montenegro’s tourism industry in July 2020 amounted to only about 10 million euros, according to the Tanjug agency. In July last year, they totaled 280 million.
Also, last month saw a decline not only in the total number of tourists, but also in the number of overnight stays per tourist. This year, that figure fell to 4 nights (compared to 6 last year). In addition, tourists’ average daily spending decreased from 77 to 50 euros.
