From February 1 to June 9, Montenegro registered1,100 new companiesfounded by individuals from Russia, the country’sTax Administration reported. Of these, 229 companies are engaged in computer programming, and 81 companies are involved in data processing, application hosting, and related application services. In third place is business-related consulting, with 65 companies, followed by IT consulting, with 63 companies.
During the same period, individuals from Ukraine registered and founded 104 companies, with programming being the most common activity — 13 companies.
In Serbia, from February 24 to May 31, a total of 399 individuals and eight legal entities from Russia registered 287 companies. In addition, another 730 Russian citizens obtained sole proprietor status.
