The government announced that a potential investor had approached the Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism to take over investment in the completion of the As hotel in Perasića Do (Petrovac).
According to the RTCG portal, the investor was theHiltongroup, which expressed serious interest, but court proceedings and a long-running dispute are slowing down the project’s implementation.
Although no other details were reported, theRTCGportal learned that the Hilton group, which expressed interest in investing in the project, is currently being held up by the legal dispute.
