Israeli company BIG acquires Capital Plaza in Podgorica

Belgrade-based company BIG CEE, a subsidiary of the Israeli company BIG Shopping Centers, has completed the acquisition of the Capital Plaza complex in Podgorica for an undisclosed amount, reportsInvestor.me.

The multifunctional complex in the very heart of Podgorica’s business district allows BIG CEE to expand its portfolio in Montenegro after the company completed the acquisition ofDelta City Mall

last year.

Capital Plaza includes office space located in two towers, luxury apartments available for residential and commercial rental, as well as a 122-room hotel and retail space.
