The bankruptcy trustee, Mladen Marković, signed a purchase agreement with the company MMS Property Solutions (MMS), which offered 3.73 million euros for 13.2 square meters of land belonging to the former Radoje Dakić factory, which went bankrupt.
“The deal is done, the contract has been signed, the money has been paid,” Marković told the newspaperPobjeda.
According to the Central Register of Business Entities (CRPS), the founder of this company, established in March last year, is WE-International Zweite GmbH, which is also the founder of Lidl inBosnia and Herzegovina(BiH), and the authorized representatives are Tomislav Šapina and Dragan Čigoja, the responsible officials of Serbian Lidl. The Lidl retail chain is part of the Schwartz Group, based in Neckarsulm, Germany, and has been present in Serbia since 2018, while no retail store has yet opened in BiH, although, according to their registry, the company was founded at the end of April.
The authorized representatives of MMS are Tomislav Sapina and Dragan Čigoja, who are also authorized representatives in Serbian Lidl.
