The total project cost is estimated at700 million euros, with a key focus on sustainable development, the preservation of green areas, and the modernization of Budva’s urban infrastructure.

In an official address to the Government of Montenegro and the Council for Privatization and Capital Projects,MK Groupoutlined the strategic development direction ofHG Budvanska Rivijera. In addition, a letter of intent was delivered to Nikola Jovanović, the Mayor of Budva.
The companyemphasizesthat the project is aimed not only at the region’s economic growth, but also at improving the quality of life for local residents. The plan is to create a balance between modern architectural solutions and the preservation of the natural environment. More than100,000 m² of green areaswill be preserved and integrated into the new appearance of the resort complex.
Congress center— a modern venue that will allow Budva to become a year-round destination rather than only a summer resort.
Underground parking— a solution to the traffic congestion problem that has troubled residents and visitors for years.
Modern infrastructure— the creation of comfortable areas for leisure, recreation, and cultural events.
According to Budva MayorNikola Jovanović, the project will not only improve the region’s tourist appeal, but also create new jobs, support small businesses, and strengthen Montenegro’s international image as a high-end tourist destination.
