Portonovi is the largest project currently being implemented in Montenegro. The first phase includes 214 residences, as well asthe D-Marin marinaand the Portonovi Beach Club. A border crossing point has been opened here for sea travelers.
The entire complex is scheduled to be commissioned in 2020. The Portonovi area covers 26 hectares.
In addition to the marina and residences, the project includes the luxury One&Only hotel, the Espace Chenot Health Wellness Spa, sports facilities, numerous boutiques, restaurants, and bars.
