The Government of Montenegro has decided to add another project to the list of development projects eligible for economic citizenship. This concerns the “Cruiser” hotel, which is planned to be built in Budva.
In the documentation submitted for the public invitation by Master Engineering and Bemax, it is stated that an investment is planned in Budva for the construction of a five-star condominium business model. The complex will have a capacity of 252 residential units, and the estimated budget is 58.2 million euros. It is also noted that the investor intends to create 153 new jobs within the complex.
At present, thelist of development projectsincludes 15 projects: seven in Kolašin, three in Žabljak, two in Budva, and one each in Mojkovac, Tivat, and Čanj. The total value of the projects eligible for economic citizenship is around 450 million euros.
Recall that theEconomic Citizenship Program “Citizenship by Investment”of Montenegro will remain in effect until the end of 2021 and will not be extended. Montenegro’s designated Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapićstatedthat he plans to change the country’s economic development direction.
