As reported by the leading British agency for forecasting tourism trendsGlobetrender, next year Montenegro will open a wellness hotel, Janu, a brand of the Aman Resorts group.
The National Tourism Organisation (NTO) announced, citing the article, that Aman intends to introduce its subsidiary hotel brandJanu. Three new Janu properties, built around “social well-being,” will be followed by “a robust chain of hotels of the future,” as Aman plans to open eight more properties within the first decade.
Janu Montenegro will be the first hotel to implement the brand’s serviced residences concept, allowing guests to live in the Janu style on a long-term basis.
“Janu is based on the belief that true luxury means not having to choose between personal fulfilment and pleasure. With this in mind, Janu hotels are focused on stimulating the mind, body and soul,” the NTO said in a statement.
Each hotel will offer extensive wellness facilities, with a state-of-the-art gym and spa treatments, as well as energetic group fitness classes.
According to The Telegraph, Janu hotels will also be larger — up to 150 rooms (for comparison, Aman’s largest hotel in Tokyo has 84 rooms). And with smaller bedrooms, which will make Janu’s prices more affordable.
Let us recall that the Janu hotelwas included in the list of approved projects under the “Citizenship of Montenegro by Investment” programme. We previously wrote about how to obtainresidence permitandMontenegrin citizenship.
