The Institute of Public Health and the Ministry of Health of Montenegropresentedon September 10 a package of new measures to curb the spread of the coronavirus epidemic in the country.
The restrictions also affected nightclubs, discos, and shopping centers. Entry is allowed only with a COVID certificate that meets the following conditions: proof of vaccination (at least 14 days must have passed after the second dose), a negative PCR test no older than 72 hours, a positive PCR test from more than 14 but no more than 180 days ago, or a rapid test no older than 48 hours.
Being inside catering establishments is also allowed only with aCOVID certificate.
The authorities noted that for now they are focusing on the importance of vaccination and are not introducing such strict measures as a lockdown or curfew.
