The average pension for August 2020 amounted to 290.24 euros. This was announced by Jadranka Milošević, Director of the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund.
As for the Fund’s budget deficit, the budget rebalancing increased it to 32.01%. In absolute terms, this amounts to 143.52 million euros.
The Fund stated that the current coronavirus situation has not affected either the income of older people or the exercise of rights under pension and disability insurance.
