The hotel will be built on the grounds ofthe luxury Portonovi complex, on the shore of the Bay of Kotor, in the village ofKumbor. One&Only will welcome its first guests on July 1. The hotel will feature 113 rooms with spacious living areas, panoramic windows, and terraces.
Guests at One&Only will have access to a sandy beach, a marina with 238 berths, the Espace Chenot Health Wellness Spa, a helipad, as well as various boutiques and shops. Several restaurants will open within the complex. Among them are Sabia, to be led by renowned chef Giorgio Locatelli, and Tapasake Club, serving Asian cuisine.
All standard rooms, suites, and villas are designed so that guests can enjoy magnificent views of the surrounding marina, bay, and mountains.
One&Only Portonovi Suite One is a presidential suite with one bedroom and a private wine cellar, from which guests can choose from 268 bottles of wine from Europe and the local region, a dining room for 12 people with unique views of the mountains and bay, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, and a separate entrance for butlers.
The resort will offer two private villas: Villa One with three bedrooms and Villa Two with two bedrooms.
“Each villa is set in its own fragrant garden with an outdoor shower and private pool, as well as a hot tub and sunset views. And all this is combined with the exceptional service of a dedicated butler and chef team,” the company said.
The total investment in the project is estimated at 1 billion euros. The developer is Azmont Investments. It was founded by the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan, which won the tender for the development of the coastal site in 2012.
