Prime Minister of AlbaniaEdi Ramaheld a joint press conference on April 28 with the EU Commissioner for EnlargementOlivér Várhelyi.
According to the Albanian news agencyLapsi, during the press conference the politician called onthe new Prime Ministerof MontenegroDritan Abazovićto join the Open Balkan project.
According to Rama, the founders of Open Balkan intend to continue what they have started without hesitation and are interested in other Western Balkan countries joining the project. Nevertheless, Rama noted that he has not yet spoken about this with the new Prime Minister of North Macedonia.
The next Open Balkan summit will take place on June 9 and 10 in Ohrid.
