The Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Montenegro to the Russian Federation, M. Šćepanović, wassummonedto the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he was handed a note from the Ministry declaring the staff member of the Embassy of Montenegro in Moscow “persona non grata.”
It is claimed that this measure is a response to the expulsion of a Russian diplomat from Montenegro.
