Russia will resume air service with Austria, Hungary, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Mauritius, Morocco and Croatia from June 10. It will also increase the number of regular flights to Greece, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Qatar, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Egypt and Serbia.
“Following the discussion and taking into account the epidemiological situation in certain countries, the operational headquarters has decided to resume, on a reciprocal basis from June 10, 2021, regular international air service with the following states: Austria (Moscow–Vienna twice a week); Hungary (Moscow–Budapest twice a week); Lebanon (Moscow–Beirut once a week); Luxembourg (Moscow–Luxembourg once a week); Mauritius (Moscow–Port Louis twice a week); Morocco (Moscow–Rabat twice a week);Croatia(Moscow–Zagrebtwice a week),”TASS reports.
Daily flights on the routeMoscow–Dubrovnik (Croatia)have already resumed. The distance from Dubrovnik to Budva, Montenegro’s tourist capital, is about 90 km. As a reminder, transit through Croatia must be completed within 12 hours; otherwise, a PCR test or a vaccination certificate will be required.
In addition, from June 10 Russia will resume charter air service withAlbaniaon the routeMoscow–Tiranaonce a week. The distance from Tirana to Budva is only 180 km.
Russia is also increasing the number of regular flights with Belarus on the Moscow–Minsk route to 10 times a week. However, since May 29, Belaviahas suspended charter flights with Montenegro.
