A shipment with 100,000 doses ofvaccineSinovac from Turkey has arrived in Montenegro. At Podgorica Airport, it was received by Minister of Health Jelena Borovinić Bojović, Director General of the Digital Health Administration Aleksandar Sekulić, and the Ambassador of Turkey to Montenegro, Songül Ozan. The minister thanked Turkey for the valuable donation, which was agreed during the recent visit of the Montenegrin Ministry of Health delegation to Turkey, when the minister met with her Turkish counterpart Fahrettin Koca.
On this occasion, she called on all citizens toget vaccinatedas soon as possible and thereby help overcome the current crisis by saving their own lives and the lives of their loved ones.
The Ambassador of Turkey to Montenegro, Songül Ozan, said that Turkey considers Montenegro a friend and an ally, and that the two countries have truly cooperated well since the beginning of the pandemic, that is, over the past two years.
