Prices for apartments in new developments in Montenegro have been steadily decreasing in 2020. According to the latest data from the Monstat statistical office, the average price per square meter of housing in a new building is 876 euros. The most expensive housing is located on the coast, where the average price is 1,414 euros, and in Podgorica it is 1,100 euros.
The average price per square meter of a new apartment in Podgorica in the third quarter of 2020 was 1,100 euros, in the coastal region — 1,414 euros, in the central region — 515 euros, and in the northern region the average price per square meter in a new development was 603 euros.
The agency states that the average price per square meter of a new apartment in Montenegro in the category of companies in the third quarter of 2020 was 1,109 euros, while in the category of solidarity housing construction it was 492 euros.
