Updated: quarantine measures have been extended until May 13.
Curfewwill notbe in effect from Saturday to Sunday; however, the ban on intercity travel on weekends remains in force, Health Minister Jelena Borovinić Bojović said today at a regular press conference.
In addition, schools and kindergartens in Pljevlja and Šavnik will operate starting next week. In these municipalities, retail stores will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., while betting shops and hospitality establishments will operate until 11:00 p.m.
Current epidemiological measures:
- Food stores and shopping centers are open from 07:00 to 22:00.
- Cafes and restaurants are open from 07:00 to 23:00. No more than 4 people per table.
- Curfew from 00:00 to 5:00. Exception: from Saturday to Sunday, as well as walking pets, but for no more than 60 minutes per day.
- It is forbidden to leave your municipality on weekends without a valid reason.
- Live music performances are allowed from 18:00 to 21:00.
- Children’s playrooms, amusement parks, gyms, and more are open.
- Cruise ships are allowed to enter ports.
- Wearing masks outdoors and indoors is mandatory.
Entry rules for Montenegro
Citizens of Montenegro and tourists from Russia,Belarus, Ukraine and North Macedonia are allowed to enter Montenegro without a coronavirus PCR test, a positive IgG antibody test, or a vaccination certificate.
These rules also apply to those entering from Serbia, Kosovo, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Albania.
All other citizens entering Montenegro are allowed entry with a PCR test no older than 48 hours, or a positive IgG antibody test no older than 30 days, or proof of having received the second vaccine dose at least seven days before entering Montenegro.
