During the same period in 2020, construction permits and applications for the construction of 973 housing units were issued, while in previous years this number usually ranged from one thousand to 1.6 thousand housing units.
Throughout 2019, the construction of 1,580 housing units was approved, in 2018 — 2,339 units, in 2017 — 4,439 units, and in 2016 — 3,005 housing units.
