Kotorwill get a new luxury resort worth 300 million euros. The resort will be built in Bigova Bay. A hotel and villas will be constructed on the resort grounds.
The Mayor of Kotor, Mr. Željko Aprković, the Director of the Directorate for the Organization and Construction of Kotor, Mr. Zoran Mrdak, and the Executive Director of Bigova Bay, Ms. Branka Lazarević, signed an agreement today in Kotor on the implementation of the investment — the construction of an elite tourist complex in Bigova.
“Local government is proud that this business involves a well-known investor who will invest large sums of money — more than 300 million euros — and today is an important day for the Municipality of Kotor,” said the Mayor of Kotor.The project investor is the local company Bigova Bay. It will invest 28 million euros in the construction. Work will begin in January 2020.
