The Government of Montenegro has adopted amendments to the state study of the port area at Cape Đeran in Ulcinj. According to the amendments, the location is divided into eight zones intended for the construction of residential buildings, tourist complexes, fishing ports, restaurants, kindergartens, and parks.
Cape Đeran has been designated as a port of national interest. It is designed for 60 berths for vessels up to 10 meters long. In addition, it has supporting infrastructure for the storage and processing of fish and seafood.
The main purpose of the decision is to offer profitable prospects for the implementation of the planned facilities through the construction of structures that do not jeopardize public areas. In addition, the plan предусматривает the development of residential and tourist capacities in the new center of Ulcinj.
