In 2020, no construction permits were issued in Kotor. The authorities issued only one permit for putting a facility into operation. By comparison, in 2019, 15 construction permits were issued in the municipality.
Last year, the Grbalj area, located between Budva and the Luštica peninsula, received 7 permits. Dobrota received 5, Škaljari 2, and Risan 1 construction permit.
In 2019, the Kotor municipality approved a total of 13 permits for putting facilities into operation.
