The bankruptcy trustee Mladen Marković signed a purchase agreement with the company MMS Property Solutions (MMS), which offered 3.73 million euros for 13.2 square meters of land of the former Radoje Dakic factory, which went bankrupt.

"The deal is done, the contract is signed, the money has been paid," Marković told the newspaper Pobjeda.

According to the Central Register of Business Entities (CRPS), the founder of this company, established in March last year, is WE-International Zweite GmbH, which is also the founder of Lidl in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), and the authorized persons are Tomislav Šapina and Dragan Čigoja, responsible persons of Serbian Lidl. The Lidl retail chain is part of the Schwartz Group, based in Neckarsulm, Germany, and has been present in Serbia since 2018, while in BiH no retail store has yet opened, although, according to their register, the company was founded at the end of April.

The authorized persons of MMS are Tomislav Sapina and Dragan Čigoja, who are also authorized persons in Serbian Lidl.
