Refund Policy

1. Before we start work — full refund

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before we begin performing the service — that is, before we submit a request to the cadastre, court or other authority, instruct a sworn translator, or begin a due-diligence review.

2. After we start work — non-refundable

Once we have started performing the service, the order is generally non-refundable. This is because our services involve government, court or third-party fees that we pay on your behalf, and professional time that cannot be recovered once incurred.

If we are unable to complete the service for reasons attributable to us, we will refund the amount paid less any non-recoverable third-party fees already incurred, or offer to complete the work.

3. Incorrect information

If a service cannot be completed because the information you provided was inaccurate or incomplete, the fees for work already performed and any third-party fees already incurred are non-refundable. We will contact you to correct the information where possible.

4. How to request a refund

To request a cancellation or refund, contact us using the details below and quote your order reference and the email address used for the order. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, back to your original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of Montenegro or your country of residence. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, please note that for services it may not apply once performance has begun with your agreement.
