Start of the school yearAnalyzing the epidemiological situation and the conditions for the start of the school year, the NCB instructed the Ministry of Education to review and establish all relevant parameters by Monday and inform the public about all aspects of the start of the school year.
In order to contain the spread of the virus among schoolchildren and students, the NCB decided to change the rules regarding wearing masks. This means that children over the age of 5 will also be required to wear a face mask.
The NCB also proposed that the Ministry of Health make a decision on compensation for medical staff working with COVID-19 patients.
