House in Dobra Voda No. 1811

A new modern house, built in 2018 on the shore of a quiet bay in the village of Dobra Voda. The house has its own access to a sandy-pebble beach. The path to the sea is part of the cadastral plot.

In front of the house there is a large covered terrace of 40 m2 with a large granite table. The terrace is hidden from prying eyes and immersed in greenery. Cypress trees, oleanders, an olive tree, fruit trees, palms, and flowers grow on the plot.

The area of the house’s interior spaces is 160 m2.

The house layout consists of two floors (see floor plans):

The house is fully furnished and ready for year-round living. Automatic gates and a parking space for one car.

Each room is air-conditioned, and all Daikin air conditioners are positioned so that the airflow is directed in a way that prevents you from catching a draft. The facade is thermally insulated and partially clad with natural travertine. The roof is insulated and tiled.

All double-glazed windows have a mirror effect, filtering out excess sunlight and protecting you from prying eyes. All windows are fitted with roller shutters and mosquito nets.
