Complex in Bijela No. 1103

Residential complex on the seafront. Each building is a three-story villa and, according to the project, consists of 3 apartments, one on each floor. All apartments have a separate entrance from the street. The exterior finish of each building is done in a “Mediterranean” style using stone, white facade paint, and metal structures. The interior finishing is completed. The floors in the living areas and kitchen are parquet, and in the bathroom and hallway are tiled. Each apartment consists of a large living room with a kitchen area and veranda, 3 bedrooms with balconies, and 1 or 2 bathrooms combined with a toilet. Each apartment has a sea view and, thanks to windows and balconies on three sides, enjoys natural thermal comfort: at any time during daylight hours, you can find a room located in the shade or in the sun. Each building is connected to external municipal utility networks and a wired communications network. This ensures uninterrupted supply of electricity, cold water, sewage, and television. In addition, the complex has an autonomous backup water supply system. Hot water supply to the apartments, as is customary in Montenegro, is provided by water-heating equipment installed in the apartments (a boiler in the bathroom and an instantaneous water heater in the kitchen). Each apartment is equipped with plumbing fixtures, an electric stove, Wi‑Fi access, and other equipment, making the property ready to move in.
