As part of the “Montenegro Citizenship by Investment” program, a new project has appeared – Boka Place – a residential quarter within the Porto Montenegro marina. As reported by Apex Capital Partners agency, the project portfolio includes 144 apartments, from which you can choose one or several units for an amount starting from €450,000. These units are part of the SIRO hotel, with access to the hotel’s fitness and wellness center. By the way, the hotel plan includes a gastronomic lab, a juice bar, a panoramic rooftop bar, as well as numerous shops and showrooms.

The implementation of the project to grant Montenegrin citizenship in exchange for investment began on October 1, 2019. The program runs for three years. Interested candidates must invest from 250 thousand euros in one of the projects in the north of the country or from 450 thousand euros on the coast or in the country’s capital — Podgorica. The application fee is 100 thousand euros. This money is non-refundable to the candidate regardless of the decision made — positive or negative. Purchasing real estate in Montenegro does not provide an opportunity to obtain citizenship. Citizenship applications can be submitted remotely; applicants need to come to the country only once. At the same time, investors and their family members will not need to renounce their original citizenship in favor of Montenegrin citizenship; both can be retained. Full list of program properties.
