Where is the MD Realty office in Budva?

What commission does the buyer pay?
When buying a property from the MD Realty catalog, the buyer pays 0% agency commission: the seller pays the agency fee. Taxes, notary fees and other mandatory costs are separate. Support for a property you found outside our catalog is a separate service with a fee agreed in advance.
Can we start the search remotely?
Yes. Send your budget, preferred location and purpose of purchase. We will prepare options and arrange a remote viewing or a meeting in Budva.
Which languages can we use?
