Data Deletion Instructions

1. How to request deletion

Email your request to the address in the contact details below, with the subject "Data deletion request". Please include:

• your name;
• the phone number, Telegram username or email address you used to contact us, so that we can find your data;
• whether you want all of your data deleted or only part of it, for example only your messenger conversations.

You can also send the same request in the WhatsApp or Telegram chat you used with us, and an agent will register it.

2. Confirming it is you

To protect you, we may ask you to confirm the request from the phone number, messenger account or email address the data belongs to. We never ask for passwords or payment details.

3. What we delete

Within 30 days of receiving a confirmed request we delete or anonymise:

• your client record and contact details in our CRM;
• your enquiries and viewing requests;
• the WhatsApp and Telegram messages, photos, documents and other media stored in our systems.

We confirm through the same channel once the deletion is complete.

4. What we may have to keep

We may keep data that the law requires us to retain, for example records of a completed transaction under anti-money-laundering, accounting or tax rules, or data we need to establish or defend legal claims. Such data is kept only for the required period and is not used for any other purpose.

5. Data held by the messengers

Deleting data from our systems does not delete messages that WhatsApp or Telegram store on your device or on their servers. You can delete the chat in the app and manage the data those services hold through their own settings and privacy policies.

If you have questions about deletion, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Montenegrin data-protection authority (Agencija za zaštitu ličnih podataka).
