The Central Bank of Montenegro (CBCG) plans to open an educational and conference center in Tivat and will invest around 7.3 million euros excluding VAT, or around 8.83 million euros including VAT, in the construction and equipping of the facility. The tender for this amount is open until March 31.
The contract execution period is 26 months from the date the contractor takes office. The selected contractor will be required to guarantee the quality of the work for at least 24 months.
The educational and conference center will be built in Tivat on the site where a large parking lot currently stands near the Health Center. The plot area is 2,958 m², and the total floor area of the building will be 3,531 m².
The basement level of the building will be divided into three functionally connected blocks: a garage, a service block, and a technical block. The garage will have 37 parking spaces, two of which will be for people with reduced mobility. Parking is also planned on the ground floor, where 49 parking spaces are designed, of which 5%, or four parking spaces, are intended for people with disabilities.
The ground floor is intended for conference rooms and business, i.e. service-type premises. It is clearly divided into functional blocks, with the central space conceived as a fluid space for communication, meetings, and relaxation.
The design solution for the tender was developed by two companies: Urbi.Pro from Podgorica and Paralele d.o.o. from Tivat.
