Real estate in Montenegro continues to attract strong interest, but there are not enough listings, Pobjeda was told Pobjeda by representatives of real estate agencies. According to them, prices for apartments in Podgorica have risen by 13–15%, and in coastal municipalities by 20–25%. They do not expect further price growth, and some predict that after stagnation there will be a decline.
The owner of Zetagradnja, Blagota Radović, expects a decline in investment in the housing sector, as well as demand for apartments in the near term.
The executive director of the real estate agency Montenegro Prospect, Ivan Dašić, expects real estate prices on the coast to stagnate and then fall.
He claims that prices per square meter in the Bay of Kotor range from €2500 to €3000, while by the sea and in the Old Town of Kotor they reach €4000.
In Budva the average price is €2300, apartments in Bar range from €1200 to €1800 for new builds, and in Herceg Novi the average is €2000,” Dašić уточняет.
Analysts at our real estate agency MD Realty note that since February 24 of this year, demand for rental properties has been growing.
