The certificate is issued free of charge and is available in paper or digital form as a QR code. The certificate can be saved and displayed on a mobile phone screen. After scanning the QR code, the user's first name, last name, and date of birth, as well as the above-mentioned COVID-19 data, will be displayed.

This document will be required, starting July 2, to visit nightclubs, night bars, and indoor areas of cafes and restaurants. Digital QR-code certificates issued to a tourist in any country will also be recognized in Montenegro.

On the summer terraces of catering establishments, guests may stay without the above restrictions.
