The Government announced that a potential investor approached the Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism to take over the investment in the completion of the As hotel in Perasića Do (Petrovac).
According to the RTCG portal, the investor is the group Hilton, which has expressed serious interest, but proceedings before the courts and a long-running dispute are slowing down the project’s implementation.
Although no other details are reported, the portal RTCG learned that the Hilton group, which has expressed interest in investing in the project, is currently being held up by the court dispute.
