The world-renowned Hilton group is interested in the long-term lease of the Mogren Hotel, which is part of the Budvanska Riviera Hotel Group (HG), said Chairman of the Board Mijomir Pejović. The group is also interested inacquiring the As Hotelin Perazić Do.
As Pejović stated at a recently held annual press conference, the best indicator of the quality and seriousness of HG Budvanska Riviera’s business on the market is Hilton Group’s interest in the long-term lease of the Mogren Hotel.
“We already had a visit from official representatives of the Hilton group in October, who showed great interest in this matter, and we are expecting an official visit from their delegation, during which they will determine the term of the long-term lease, as well as the profitability of the hotel group. In the event of a positive outcome of the agreement, the hotel will operate under the Curio brand,”saidPejović.
In addition, the Government announced that a potential investor had approached the Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism with the intention of taking over the investment to complete the construction of the As Hotel in Perazić Do, and that a decision had been made to analyze the possible investment commitment.
