The world-renowned Hilton group is interested in a long-term lease of the Mogren hotel, which is part of the Budvanska Riviera Hotel Group (HG), said board chairman Mijomir Pejović. This group is also interested in the acquisition of the As hotel in Perazić Do.
As Pejović said at the recently held annual press conference, the best indicator of the quality and seriousness of HG Budvanska Riviera's business on the market is Hilton Group's interest in a long-term lease of the Mogren hotel.
“We already had a visit from official representatives of the Hilton group in October, who showed great interest in this matter, and we expect an official visit from their delegation, during which they will determine the term of the long-term lease, as well as the profitability of the hotel group. In the event of a positive outcome of the agreement, the hotel will operate under the Curio brand,” said Pejović.
In addition, the Government announced that a potential investor had approached the Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism with the intention of taking over the investment to complete the construction of the As hotel in Perazić Do, and that a decision had been made to analyze the possible undertaking of the investment obligation.
