The marina will provide fuel and water supply, electricity, and communications. Yachts up to 300 m in length will also be able to berth here.
On a 6,500-square-meter site, a two-story building with a total area of 327 square meters is planned.
The future building must be designed in harmony with the surrounding environment and using local stone, wood, and glass so as not to spoil the view of the Old Town.
The authorities of Kotor believe that, due to the marina’s proximity to the Old Town and World Heritage sites, it will become an attractive destination for tourists. This, in turn, will contribute to higher revenues and the development of maritime tourism.
